Boring

Boring.jpgNot much to report in a workout journal when all I am doing is cardio, but I have to say I am really feeling good.  I'm glad I made the decision to back off the weights for a week and just do the cardio workouts.

Same old thing today like I have done all week.  Got to the gym by 5:00 am, tried not to look like I had just got up when the girl at the desk said "Good Morning", then went right to the stationary bike for my 5 minute warm up.  Why I do this warmup on a cardio day doesn't make since, I know.  Just a habit I don't want to break.  After that I headed over to the elliptical orbiter for 30 minutes of moderately intense exercising.  Only thing different is that I raised the incline a notch and increased the intensity a bit.  The only thing hard today is the boredom. 

I didn't even check my weight this week.  It's not something I usually do.  I can tell if I'm doing okay by how my pants fit.

That's about it for today.  Anxious to try out the No Bull workout plan next week.
